以我国各省知识产权保护制度为研究对象,创新性地将探索性空间数据分析方法与社会网络分析方法相结合,基于地理邻近视角,验证了区域知识产权保护的空间相关性、空间集聚特征和空间溢出效应。同时,突破地理近邻效应的局限,解析区域知识产权保护的空间关联特征。结果表明:我国各省知识产权保护具有全局自相关性,相似地区间存在空间集聚效应,不同发展程度地区的空间关联性质不同;网络化后的区域知识产权保护各节点间联系紧密、网络结构稳定,并且可以确定核心行动者和边缘行动者角色;长三角、珠三角、环渤海等较发达地区与其它地区之间存在较多溢出关系。  相似文献

The panel data analysis points to economic and social factors contributing to NOx, PM2.5, PM10, SO2, and VOCs in China’s 31 provinces. The spatial correlation analysis using Global and Local Moran’s I values indicates the existence of a significant and positive spatial autocorrelation with respect to environment, economy and energy, and the high spatial correlation is evident in the eastern region, covering the northern part of Yangtze River Delta, Huaihai Economic Zone, and the lower reaches of the Yellow River Economic Belt. The empirical estimation is performed through spatial lag and spatial Durbin models. All emitted air pollutants in 31 provinces have significant spatial dependence and strong spillover effects. There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between emitted air pollutants (NOx, PM10, VOCs, and PM2.5) and per capita GDP, which follows the EKC hypothesis. The relationship between SO2 and per capita GDP does not follow the EKC hypothesis. There is a positive relationship between pollutant emissions and coal consumption, which is consistent with current studies for various countries like Canada, Denmark, UK and US and regions like New York State. However, the effects of science and technology investment on air pollutants are mostly positive, which is not as policy expected.  相似文献

The study explores the association of socioeconomic, demographic, and health-related variables at the regional level with COVID-19 related cases and deaths in Germany during the so-called first wave through mid-June 2020. Multivariate spatial models include the 401 counties in Germany to account for regional interrelations and possible spillover effects. The case and death numbers are, for example, significantly positively associated with early cases from the beginning of the epidemic, the average age, the population density and the share of people employed in elderly care. By contrast, they are significantly negatively associated with the share of schoolchildren and children in day care as well as physician density. In addition, significant spillover effects on the case numbers of neighbouring regions were identified for certain variables, with a different sign than the overall effects, giving rise to further future analyses of the regional mechanisms of action of COVID-19 infection. The results complement the knowledge about COVID-19 infection beyond the clinical risk factors discussed so far by a socio-economic perspective at the ecological level.  相似文献

区域创新能力提升是我国加快建设创新型国家、实现高质量发展的现实需求。 本文通过构建涵盖资源依赖、制度安排与区域创新能力的理论模型分析其内在关系并提出假 说,运用2000-2016年全国30个省(区、市)的面板数据与空间杜宾模型,检验三者之间的影 响及空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:(1)资源依赖程度越高,越不利于本地区创新能力提升;(2)有效率的制度安排对区域创新能力有正向促进作用;(3)从空间溢出效应来看,本地区 资源依赖程度越高,越抑制周边地区区域创新能力提升,有效的制度安排能助推周边地区创新能力提高。  相似文献

深入分析我国“一带一路”沿线地区风险投资时空格局及影响因素,有助于促进创新创业与企业发展、提高区域科技创新水平。运用空间分析方法和空间计量模型,对2003-2018年我国“一带一路”沿线139个城市风险投资的时空分布特征及影响因素进行分析,结果表明:①沿线地区的风险投资发展具有不均衡性,呈现为沿海高、西部低的分异格局;②风险投资的全局自相关系数均为正,呈现出明显的空间集聚特征;③风险投资机构数、国家高新区数量、风险投资退出、政府引导基金发展、财政科技支出对区域风险投资具有显著促进作用,环境污染对风险投资有一定抑制作用。随着ESG投资理念逐渐获得认可,沿线地区可以通过提升绿色发展水平促进风险投资发展。  相似文献

科技创新规模扩张和科技创新效率提升是增强国家科技创新能力的两条关键途径。基于现有研究鲜有结合科技创新规模和科技创新效率开展国家科技创新能力评价的现状,采用因子分析法,系统筛选国家科技创新规模影响因素,并结合科技创新效率影响因素,完善国家科技创新能力评价指标体系,通过构建DEA Malmquist指数模型,评价不同时期国家科技创新效率变化指数,以及中国与全球10个国家科技创新能力的时空差异性。研究表明,R&D投入强度、R&D研究人员、专利申请量、科技期刊文章数、高科技产品出口额占制成品出口总额的百分比、科技创新效率是影响国家科技创新能力的关键指标;1991-2014年中国科技创新能力水平呈指数增长态势,有力提升了国家科技实力;全球10个国家科技创新能力水平除日本出现一定波动外,其余九国整体呈小幅递增态势。  相似文献

This study investigates how pesticide use by neighbouring farmers affects a given farmer's pesticide use. Although it is common knowledge that pesticide use has spatial externalities, few empirical economic studies explicitly analyse this issue. Applying a spatial panel econometric model to plot‐level panel data for Bohol, Philippines, this study shows that pesticide use, especially for herbicides, is spatially correlated, although there is no statistically significant spatial correlation in unobserved shocks. This implies that farmers apply pesticides by referring to the behaviour of neighbouring farmers rather than responding directly to the intensity of their own infestation.  相似文献

In this paper, a micro-founded model analyzing the effects of ‘regionalization’ on economic activity is developed. It shows that the spatial division of public competencies can have an impact on the growth rate via the efficiency of governmental choices: initially advantageous for weak levels, decentralization (/reduction of regional size) becomes limited due to the risk of underestimation of the real profitability of public expenditure by local governments (non-internalized cross-border effects). In accordance with the theory, a transversal estimation for a sample of 51 countries for the 1990s establishes a ‘bell-shaped’ relation between indicators of regionalization and the quality of governance.  相似文献

The Amazon is the largest tropical forest area on Earth, and has been undergoing rapid deforestation for the last four decades. In the Brazilian Amazon, large‐scale pasture for cattle ranching and soybean production are the main land uses, leading to a yearly deforestation rate of 0.5%. These conversions are mostly located in frontier areas distributed along the so‐called “arc of deforestation”. Within this large zone, various land use change processes are interacting through several modes of land valuation and organisation. From several case studies in the State of Pará (Brazil), the current project aims at analysing how landscape dynamics are related to infrastructure development, ecological conditions, zoning policies and to the evolution and the organisation of the production, consumption and marketing chains of livestock products. This paper presents the results for one test site, the region of São Félix do Xingú, South of Pará This region is the focus of land speculation, cattle expansion, and deforestation. Road construction, investments in electrical energy, financial credit for cattle, and the land reform policies have all fuelled this process. All these factors make this region one of the most dynamic agricultural frontiers in the Brazilian Amazon. The main objective of the paper is to improve our understanding of deforestation processes by crossing spatial analyses and 1ivestock economics.studies, and to characterise the role and impact of various natural and anthropic factors in the location and development of the main types of farmers, and their policy implications.  相似文献
